Garrett Samuelson | President
​
Garrett is a senior majoring in Economics and minoring in Finance. This past summer, Garrett was a CMBS and Real Estate Finance Summer Analyst at Citigroup where he created underwriting models and prepared asset summary reports for all markets and asset classes. He also has experience at Artemis Real Estate Partners and CAPREIT. Garrett also serves as captain of the Tufts Men’s Lacrosse team.

Tyler Munowitz | Vice President
​
Tyler is a sophomore from Chappaqua, NY pursuing majors in Philosophy and Economics and a minor in Finance. This summer, Tyler will be working as a commercial real estate brokerage intern at Invictus Property Advisors. He enjoys playing basketball and watching stand-up comedy in his free time. Tyler is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York.

Dan Sawula | Director of Operations
​
Dan is a senior from Princeton, NJ majoring in Quantitative Economics and minoring in Philosophy. He has experience in private wealth management and has cultivated interests in public equity and real estate. Dan joined TRES last year to familiarize himself with the basics of real estate. In his free time, Dan enjoys running, soccer, and reading.

Koby Krinsky | Executive Director
Koby is a sophomore from Miami, FL, pursuing majors in Economics and Philosophy and a minor in Finance. Over the past two summers, Koby has worked with an opportunistic real estate owner-operator firm called Panther Capital Management. He conducted and interpreted market research for prospective investments, maintained construction lien-related databases for several redevelopment projects, and became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida. In his free time, Koby likes to ski and play poker.

Kristina Puzak | Director of Communications
Kristina is a junior from Naples, FL planning to double major in Mechanical Engineering and Economics. She has experience in the residential, multi-family, and rental fields of real estate. Kristina is also a member of the Tufts Sailing team.

Dan Kerrigan | Director of Finances
Dan is a sophomore from Sudbury MA, just a short drive away from Tufts. Majoring in Economics and minoring in Entrepreneurship, Dan joined the Tufts Real Estate Society last year in an effort to learn more about the Boston market. In his free time, Dan enjoys playing Rugby with the Men’s Team here at Tufts.
